to a reserved trailer that fits your needs.

Let us know the dates you will be here
and when you have rented a site.
We will deliver your reserved trailer
all setup for you by us.
After your stay,
we pick back up the trailer.
All you do is Enjoy!

Fees

Rental fees are the same on all trailers,
and include a 4 night minimum.
Reservation is a 50% deposit.

per day extra / $105

Reserve a trailer as early as possible to insure having
one for your campsite's time frame.
Your campsite reservations and fees are separate
and not included with our trailer rentals.

Deposits

Reservation is a 50% deposit
with the balance due 30 days prior
to arrival date.
100% prepay if less than 30 days
notice for a rental, if available.

There is a required
$60 cleaning and security deposit
in addition to rental fees.
It is refunded if the trailer is left clean,
and just like you got it.
A broom, mop, bucket, and some misc.
cleaning sundries are provided.

Policy

All trailers are non-smoking.
You must provide your own
bedding, dishes, pots, or pans.

Pets are allowed
and we have some trailers available
if they need to be inside with you.
Bringing your own pethouse
is recommended.

There are no refunds for unused days.
Check out time is 10:00a.m.

Cancellations
Notification of at least 2 weeks in
advance of a cancellation is
required for a full refund.
If notified in less than 2 weeks,
only 50% of the deposit can be refunded.

binoculars, laptop computer (lol)
tools, first aid kit, blankets, pillows,
and whatever else!

Trailers

All trailers are set up and have:

propane cook top /thermostat oven
Refrigerator
Paper Towells
Hot water heater
Shower
Toilet (and toilet paper!)
Thermostat Heater
Full propane and charged batteries
Cleaning supplies

We can provide other special amenities
or requests to make your stay enjoyable
with perspective fees.
Things like chairs, tents, pet igloos, etc.
